    I agree with you because Yummy did try to act like he was all hard when he was only 11 years old.

  4. I don't think that yummy changed from the begining of the novel becuase in the begining of the novel yummy was a little kid & he acted like a little kid. In the middle of the book Yummy did something that he couldn't take back, & hes to little to know what was the right thing so he ran from his problem. Thats showing that Yummy is still little becuase he didnt handle the situation good. Towards the end of the book Yummy felt alone & wanted his grandmother like any little kid would, so he called her to pick him up. Those are some reasons why i think that Yummy didn't change from the begining to the end of the novel.
